17th Annual Wine and Food Festival

The Enid SPCA 17th Annual Wine and Food Festival is quickly approaching. The Wine & Food Festival showcases great wineries, winemakers and gourmet food from all over Oklahoma. We also offer booth space for local businesses to show upscale merchandise. This is a fantastic opportunity for artisans all across Oklahoma to come together to showcase their wares. We are excited to say this year’s event will be held once again at the spacious Chisholm Trail Expo Center, located at 111 Purdue Avenue, Enid, OK.
We plan to make this event the largest yet! We are expecting between 600 and 700 guests. This is an upscale event with guests dressed in evening attire. We invite you to present your products in a way that maintains and enhances the ambiance of the evening.
For your participation we are happy to provide 3’x10’ tables with coverings. Electricity is available for those who need it. We will also provide move-in and move-out assistance if needed. Your logo will be listed in our program and in social media advertising (if registered by Oct. 22). A social media tool kit will be provided to you for your own advertisements at enidspca.org/winefestretail.
Vendors that are not serving food and wine will be asked to give at least a $20 donation to help cover the cost of the table rental. You may send a donation on our website, mail a check or bring the donation to the festival.
We will have a detailed guest program and would like to list each vendor as additional advertisement for your establishment. Those who submit a completed registration by Oct. 22nd will be listed. The registration form can be downloaded, completed and mailed to Enid SPCA 1116 Overland Trail, Enid, OK and logos can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org OR NEW THIS YEAR we are offering online registration below.

Vendor Set-up Information
Set Up Instructions:
Set up will start at 1:00pm on Saturday, November 5. Vendors should be in place by 6:30pm as our guests start arriving at 7:00pm. We are very lucky to have baseball players from NOC available to help if needed. Please provide your own dollies or hand trucks as we do not provide them.
Break Down Instructions:
Vendors are welcome to begin cleaning up at 9:00pm, however the event doesn’t end until 9:30pm. NOC baseball players will be available to assist with loading your vehicles.
Parking is very accessible and available at the Chisholm Trail Expo Center. We only ask not to block the main entrance.
