The Enid SPCA 17th Annual Wine and Food Festival is quickly approaching. The Wine & Food Festival showcases great wineries, winemakers and gourmet food from all over Oklahoma. This is a fantastic opportunity for artisans all across Oklahoma to come together to showcase their wares. We are excited to say this year’s event will be held once again at the spacious Chisholm Trail Expo Center, located at 111 Purdue Avenue, Enid, OK.
We plan to make this event the largest yet! We are expecting between 600 and 700 guests. We ask that vendors be prepared to serve small samples of food or drink to our guests. This is an upscale event with guests dressed in evening attire. We invite you to present your products in a way that maintains and enhances the ambiance of the evening.
For your generosity we are happy to provide 3’x10’ tables with coverings. Electricity is available for those who need it. We will also provide move-in and move-out assistance if needed. The Enid SPCA will provide wine tasting glass to every guest to use for the evening. Your logo will be listed in our program and in social media advertising. A social media tool kit is provided below..
Food vendors should provide small napkins, plates or serving items as needed for your samples. You will have access to three convection ovens and a large walk-in refrigerator.
If you are unable to attend our event but would like to donate food items, we will be happy to coordinate with volunteers to pick up your food the day of the event. Donated food will be served at the ESPCA table by volunteers.
We will have a detailed guest program and would like to list each vendor as additional advertisement for your establishment. Those who submit a completed registration by Oct. 22nd will be listed. Vendor Set-up Information
Set Up Instructions:
Set up will start at 1:00pm on Saturday, November 5. Vendors should be in place by 6:30pm as our guests start arriving at 7:00pm. We are very lucky to have baseball players from NOC available to help if needed. Please provide your own dollies or hand trucks as we do not provide them.
Break Down Instructions:
Vendors are welcome to begin cleaning up at 9:00pm, however the event doesn’t end until 9:30pm. NOC baseball players will be available to assist with loading your vehicles.
Parking is very accessible and available at the Chisholm Trail Expo Center. We only ask not to block the main entrance.
